ONLINE BUSINESS GAME
You are looking for a dynamic activity with a high educational return and a high entertainment value? You want to combine management development with team building?
You are missing some Flash content that should appear here! Perhaps your browser cannot display it, or maybe it did not initialise correctly.
Teams from 2 to 5 persons in a group of 8 to 800 persons compete fiercely during 4 hours, representing 8 fiscal quarters of your virtual company. You constantly have to decide on questions such as:
- Which strategy do I go for?
- Who do I hire where?
- Which salaries and benefits do I offer to whom?
- Which marketing mix works?
- How can I reduce my inventory costs?
- How much should I invest in research and development??
Your management skills are challenged. You get to know yourself and your team members in rather different circumstances compared to everyday work.
