Starting from a central question, put forward by the case owner, we diverge, refocus, share experiences and combine our experiences creatively to arrive at implementable solutions for the case owner and fresh ideas for all participants. The results are confidential and remain the intellectual property of the CPS Group. A confidential report is sent afterwards to all participants.
