Digital Marketer - Internship

Consulting and training cooperative ubeon offers an internship Digital Marketing for our own organization, the members of our cooperative and our customers.

Our members and customers live and work all over Flanders and regularly visit us at the Oosterhoeve, our headquarters in Oosterzele (near Ghent).

Who are you?

You have commercial flair and a sense of initiative, you work your way up quickly to become the support and anchor of our members and of our customers.

Your tasks:

planning, drafting and rolling out online marketing campaigns
SEO and SEA management for ubeon, our members and customers.
proofreading and editing of texts and co-management of the house style
content marketing production: video, vlogs, podcasts, blogs, etc.
integration of online marketing with CRM
maintenance of the websites of ubeon and our customers via CMS
announcing events and relevant news on the website and social media
conversation management of website visitors and on social media

Knowledge and skills

To perform well in this multi-faceted position:

You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch and you are able to understand English and French.
You have experience in the business use of the web and social media and you quickly familiarize yourself with new software.
You have knowledge and experience in using the common office software, photoshop and other content creation tools.
You communicate quickly and professionally by email, phone and chat
You keep a good overview while paying attention to details
You have good contact skills, are customer-oriented and have a commercial attitude
You feel like a fish in the water in an organization where very diverse things happen
